Churches across the world spend USD 1.1 Billion towards research aimed at achieving THEIR AIM 

They publish propaganda material in 300 languages about 180 topics. Books and articles are printed in 500 languages. They total 175,000. Every conversion costs USD 3,300. It does not mean that this amount reaches the Convert. 

It is the expense incurred in activities related to administration, planning and implementation of the conversion programme.

In 1500 A.D, there were 30 Lac active Christian Missionaries. Their number stands at 64.8 Crore today. 54% of these people are non-Whites. The strategy is to train selective non-Whites, and ex-other faiths and provide them with funds, housing and other expenses. Get them involve  in the specific task of selling and religious conversions. 

This is similar to the time when the British employed Indians as Soldiers to rule India!

ARE THEY FUNDED BY USA AND PROPAGATING USA AGENDA?

Background Note

 

Some months ago the present NDA government imposed certain restrictions on select NGOs on the basis of IB report entitled, “Impact of NGOs on Development” prepared by the previous UPA 
Government listing certain NGOs like Green Peace for leading high-powered campaigns against key development projects in the country ostensibly at the behest of foreign powers hostile to India’s progress.

Subsequently, Ministry of Home Affairs sent notices to 21,493 NGOs registered under the FCRA (Foreign Exchange Regulation Act), 2010, for their failure to submit accounts as is mandatory under the law.

But as per the CBI report submitted to the Supreme Court, only 10% of 22 lakh plus NGOs in India submit their tax returns to the Government. So why were only 21493 NGOs selected for notices? (Reported in The Hindu, January 6, 2015).

 

On January 1 2015, the NDA government clamped down on four US funded groups—namely AVAAZ (New York), BIC (Washington), 350.org (New York) and Sierra Club (California). According to RBI, these NGOs were not registered with the Government of India.

The MHA has directed the RBI to freeze all foreign funding into the accounts of these NGOs.

 

Leading NGOs (NGOs) have dubbed this crackdown as political vendetta and accused the BJP of crushing political dissent in the country through these means.

It is unfortunate that the government has not clarified why the clamp down is restricted to select NGOs whereas numerous others working on similar or identical issues have been spare

 

Types and Varieties of NGOs

Broadly speaking, there are nine kinds of NGOs However their functions often overlap:

1.   Advocacy groups: These NGOs pick up select issues and causes –such as environment or the cause of specific social groups perceived to be disadvantaged—such as women, SCs, STs, religious minorities--for advocacy campaigns. ANHAD, MAJLIS, Lawyers Collective, Centre for Science and Environment, Voluntary Health Association of India, Citizens for Justice and Peace fall in this category.

2. Consultancy and Research organisations working on social, political and developmental issues such as Centre for Policy Research;

 

3. Training/ Capacity Building organisations: Such NGOs claim to help other

NGOs with capacity building programs of the staff of other NGOs;

 

 4. Networking organisations: They provide supportive platforms for other NGOs in specific fields. AVARD, VANI and NAWO are examples of this type;

  

 5. Service Providers:  Secular NGOs involved in providing services to neglected populations by setting up schools, health centers, hospitals and undertaking rural development work. They directly work with select communities, both in rural and urban areas. Anna Hazare’s Hind Swaraj Trust, SEARCH founded by Drs. Abhay and Rani Bang are good examples.

 

 6. National organisations: They operate at a national scale for specific vulnerable groups or causes as for example CRY, Help Age India, Concern India, etc.;

 

 7. Religious NGOs: These include organizations setup by various denominational groups of various faiths – Hindu, Muslim, Christian, etc. They may also be involved in servicing communities and undertaking development work in villages or urban slums. Many of them are aggressively pursuing proselytization backed by the enormous financial resources and political backing they get from foreign agencies. World Vision is a good example of such an NGO;

 

8.  NGOs working for law and policy reform such as Lawyers Collective, PILSARC, Human Rights Law Network, Centre for Science and Environment;

 

9. International Mother NGOs: These are recipients of funds as well as givers. They have a work focus but instead of implementing projects they identify projects and monitor, evaluate and build capacities of other participating NGOs. CARE and Oxfam are examples of such mother NGOs.

 

However, these categories are not mutually exclusive. In fact, many NGOs are active in multiple domains. 

 

^{Government Charges against NGOs}

On the one hand, NGOs have come to acquire unprecedented influence and clout over policy and law making by the Government of India as well as defining political agendas and terms of public discourse in our country. They have been included in decision-making bodies of various ministries and key government departments.

 

On the other hand, the Government of India claims to have accumulated massive evidence of malpractices by foreign-funded NGOs. The charges include:

Ø  Misappropriation of funds, corruption scams, lack of transparency and accountability: CBI analysis of 22 lakh NGOs across the country showed that of the 22,39,971 NGOs functioning in 20 States, only 10% (about 2,23,428) submitted annual returns. In six of the Union Territories, of the 5,684 NGOs, only 50 filed their balance sheets. In the Northeast, none of the NGOs in Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura file returns. ( as reported in The Hindu, January 6, 2015)

Ø  Indulging in political activity, including interference in electoral politics, in violation of one of the core conditions of FCRA rules and regulations, which specifically prohibit NGOs from engaging in politics.

Ø  Interventions in economic policies allegedly at the behest of foreign agencies causing enormous damage to India’s growth potential;

Ø  Endangering geopolitical security of India, including support to secessionist movements; Many NGOs claiming to be involved in “human rights”, “social studies and empowerment”, “rural development” are alleged to be fronts for India-based or foreign-supported extremist political organisations with socially disruptive agendas.

Ø  Damaging the delicate social fabric of India by indulging in proselytisation activities.

Our Conference will debate the following issues:

1)    Are NGOs being targeted arbitrarily and maliciously or is there concrete evidence of malafide actions by the NGOs put under government scanner or those whose funds have been frozen?

2)    Is foreign funding of NGOs desirable and necessary? Or is it due to lack of other options?

3)    Does government funding of NGOs leave them easy targets of political manipulations? Can organisations call themselves “Non Government” if they are dependent on government funding?

4)    Are NGOs dependent on government and foreign funding because none is available within India? What other sources of funding can be made available to NGOs?

5)    How satisfactory are the existing accountability mechanisms for NGOs?  Is there need for better mechanisms to ensure that NGOs function in a transparent manner?

6)    Need for a coherent, rational and transparent policy towards NGOs and ways to arrive at it.

Science and Hindu Dharma

We cannot live by science which is but a part of human intelligence or thought.  Math was "invented" by Hindu dharma which has no limit to its remit . At its heart in both math and Hindu Dharma is the concept of "Zero", non existence or soul. It cannot be discovered by science for it defines non existence and is beyond the five senses, a big failure in western science and thinking. The other is language. Sanskrit is the mother of English. Hindus or Aryans studied both math and sanskrit in the same manner not distinguishing between the two. Sanskrit is loved by western nuclear physicist because it deals with the reality we seek. Another one of many concepts of Hindu origin is "Atma" (soul) root of atom http://sanskrit-words.blogspot.co.uk/2007/08/atom-and-atma.html. In-fact "atom" and "Adam" are rooted in "atma". Science came about because the bible did not provide or contain all the answers. Scientist of the west  like Newton Darwin where practicing Christians their motive to study science was to discover Gods perfect designs of the universe as set out in the bible. I am not claiming to have any final answer but know enough science to say it does not have all the answers to the purpose and meaning of life. Truth is permanent, unchanging, infinite and fixed reality available now, science is permanent change, permanent questioning in the permanent search for reality.

Letter to the Financial Times UK on Indian Elections

Your coverage of the Indian elections has been the fairest I have seen yet (17th May). While many in the western media have attacked Mr Modi's Hindutva credentials, I for one am proud of this aspect. While there are 52 Islamic nations  many Christian countries, David Cameron recently calling the UK a christian country and one Jewish state there are no Hindu countries in the world. Mr Modi was constantly attacked under the guise of secularism for his Hindu ideals and a perception that the Indian Muslim minority will be under threat if he was elected. What Muslims, Communists, Secularists and Christians fail to understand is religions have a founder, a god, a holy book and a time when it was set down, and divide peoples into believers and non believers. Hindus have no founder, no book, hundreds of gods, have been around since man began to think some 7000 years ago and do not divide populations, each individual is free to pursue his own calling and his own God. The problem Hindus face is when this freedom is under attack by the "religions" mentioned above. 

Hindu Dharma Marriage and Religion

There can be much confusion if we adopt wrong names and labels to a topic and that is the case with Hindus or Indians neither term is indigenous to the continent  both have been introduced by invaders the first by Muslims the second by the British. Nowhere in the entire 10000+ years of known Hindu literature do these words arise. The indigenous term is Aryan, meaning a noble learned person. Today throughout the world we see Aryan customs being practiced, recent archaeological evidence debunks the aryan invasion theory, that some how they came from outside India. Aryans spread out from an area covered by Pakistan Punjab and Gujarat through which the ancient Saraswati river flowed called the Saraswati civilisation

Hindu dharma is the culture of the Aryans the primary language being Sanskrit, the mother of all European languages. Two of the sixteen sanskars or customs are naming a new born baby and marriage. Where ever they occur in the world, the roots and logical explanations lie with the Aryans. Aryans do not discuss other religions because they predate them, and the fact that today's Hindu culture has a continuous unbroken link to the beginning of human civilization is a wonder in itself, and is rightly considered a way of life rather than a religion. A religion has a founder, a book and a time when it was set down none of these apply to the Hindus. They also discuss how the pagans or kafir are to be dealt with in great detail, this in-turn lead to the destruction of many pagan temple, in Rome this is well documented, the pre-Christian Romans, I would best describe as Hindus of today did not require followers to have faith in any one book or person. The Victorian British tried to make sense of this by making the Bagvad Gita the Hindu holy book, when ruling India, and have left many damaging laws and customs not of Aryan logic. Their efforts at conversion lead them to study Sanskrit and demean Brahmin's the carriers of Aryan knowledge from the time since the discovery of language.

The English term "NAME" and custom is of Sanskrit origin, made of two word "NAH" and "MAHMA", NAH is NO and MAHMA is ME both are sanskrit. Therefore NAME means NOT ME but only God, or a human has no existence but for God, names are also from divine deities and religious terms, to remind the person of his true nature that of Atman (soul) in relation to God. 

Similarly sex and its ritual custom of marriage are rooted in Aryan custom. Religions do not have a logical explanation for this custom. Logic is one thing Aryans relied on and ended up giving the world maths and the Hindu numerals their ultimate logic tool. Aryans studied both Sanskrit and Math in the same vain this had two attributes, it made Sanskrit a mathematically precise language and also there was no separation between science and Hindu "religion". An example is of the Shiva at CERN  atomic labs in Switzerland today. The Hindu 

With the advent of religions, when Aryan converted forcibly in most cases, makes Shri Chawla's case today's world very brave. His task is complicated having to explain to people of faith who in all cases adopt Aryan culture but have lost sight of their origins. In Christianity the English have a saying "tied the knot" which does not occur in a church but seen in the pagan Hindu ceremony. The Aryan term for divorce being "untied the knot". The other is the wedding ring placed on the second finger. That figure is connected to the heart in Ayurveda, heart from the sanskrit "hirdya". It is this ring Hanuman took from Sita, while in captivity and brought it to Ram as a message to say she was still his wife. The Church sanction marriage as ordained by God and is somehow holy but omit sex which is at the very heart of that union. Of the four aims of an Aryan, sex is one known as Kama, in yoga it is often sexual union and the science of Tantra alludes to that. The concept in tantra is interplay of shiv (male) and shakti (female) energy. The concept of male and female arise from this originally, in Adam and Eve and the serpent represents sex as it does in yoga. The union of male female is considered the nearest one attains to godly bliss. Osho deals with this aspect in his  book "Krishna the Man and his Philosophy" Hindus today bear the scars of invasions by religions and the need is to rediscover the faded Aryan culture which is termed "Sanatan" (eternal) for good reason.

Anti Hindu Western Academics

Under the guise of scholarly study academics like Chicago University's Wendy Doinger are blatantly writing offensive and factually incorrect books. Legal action in India resulted in an out of court settlement by Penguin (India) leading it to withdraw her book "The Hindus" in India. It was not banned by the Indian government, unlike Salman Rushdie's Satanic Verses. Wendy's paymasters website Chicago University Divinity School mission page quotes "ministry students become priest's and chaplains" "prepare students for service of churches". Studies of Hindus by such bodies lack a certain credibility. The Oxford Center of Hindu Studies invited her as a guest speaker which I thought was insensitive and naive. Promoting such studies will put off the next generation of Hindus from their own dharma, misleading them at best. A glance at the Upanishads will show how logical and well argued each and every Hindu thought is, and is not just a matter of faith. The same thinkers founded Hindu numerals, mathematics and Sanskrit, a mathematically precise language. If Wendy cannot defend her book in an Indian court, refused all invitations to a open debate with Vedic scholars then Hindus should seek to get the her book removed from sale worldwide. Relying on Western academics sometimes is akin to asking an Islamic scholar to explain Hinduism to Hindus

About Calling A Spade A Spade

Observations by someone who grew up in the stifling atmosphere of dogmatic Christianity and appreciates the freshness and freedom of undogmatic Hinduism– and wonders why Hindus are so apologetic about their religion when it actually is the best bet for a fulfilling life.

 

Hindus used to say, “All religions are equal”. They did not want to see that the two biggies, Christianity and Islam, did not agree. Each of those religions claimed for itself, “We alone are the only true religion. Our God is the only true God.” They pitied Hindus that they might actually believe that by stating that all religions are equal, Hinduism would be elevated to their level. Of course, the ‘true religions’ will never allow this.

Now Hindus say, “We respect all religions. We teach it to our children. Our children hear a lot about Christianity and Islam and how good these religions are. We don’t want to offend anyone, so we teach very little about Hinduism and what we teach is only about superficial things, like festival and customs and not about the deep philosophy and scientific insights which would portray Hinduism in a good light and might irritate other religions.”

Again, Hindus don’t want to see that Christianity and Islam do not respect Hinduism. The clergy of those religions don’t say it into their face, but to their own flock: “Hindus go to hell, if they don’t convert to the true religion. It is their own fault. We have told them about Jesus and his Father or the Prophet and Allah respectively. Still, they are so arrogant and foolish and hold on to their false gods. But God/Allah is great. He will punish them with eternal hellfire.”

 

In a variation of “We respect all religions” Hindus also say, “All religions teach the human being to be virtuous and good and lead him to God, the creator. Hindus attend Inter Faith Dialogues and try to find the communalities. Of course these are there. Hindus try to build on them. “Yes, all religions have good points. Yes, all religions have good people.” They keep repeating that all religions teach goodness, as if to convince themselves. However, deep down, Hindus know that this is not honest and lacks intellectual integrity. They know that Christianity and Islam have gone off track by preaching exclusiveness and hate to their flock. Those religions have encouraged persecution of others and brainwashed otherwise kind human beings into fighting for an imaginary god who supposedly hates all those ‘others’ who don’t believe, what they are told to believe. They have left a trail of bloodshed in history. But Hindus choose to ignore it. ‘Why provoke unnecessarily?’ they might feel, still betraying a psyche wounded by thousand years of oppression.

Is it not time that Hindus call a spade a spade? Swami Vivekananda has said that every Hindu who leaves his faith is not one Hindu less but one enemy more. He said this while India was ruled by the British, and Christians and Muslims were encouraged to feel superior to the “idol worshipping Hindu”. Hindus were not in a position to put the record straight, as their own elite put Hinduism down due to a malicious British education policy. Yet today, 66 years after independence, it is about time to tell the world loudly and boldly what Hinduism is about.

 It is not about ruling the world. It is not about believing in unverifiable dogmas. It is not about being nice to those of one’s own faith and not nice to those of other faiths. But it is about discovering what we really are, apart from the ever-changing body and mind. The ancient rishis have discovered the oneness underlying the apparent multiplicity, long before western scientists did. This conscious, blissful oneness is not somewhere out there. It is permeating everyone (and everything) and can be felt as one’s own essence. This essence can be called God or Allah or Brahman, but the main thing is, that it is within everyone and within everyone’s reach. So, we truly are all children of the same God. We all belong to one big family. Vasudhaiva Kutumbhakam. This truth provides the basis for a harmonious world and it makes sense, or does it not?

Maths the New Religion

We all have heard from the west about Einstein, Hawking, Newton, Galileo and others and many  accept readily what ever they say as the truth, science is about testing the truth and validating observations, and not many can argue with that, so why is western science in particular maths the new religion. The simple truth is mathematics was invented in ancient India as a practical tool for agriculture and navigation, (both used astronomy) it arrived in the west in 1202 via   famous book by an Italian Islamic scholar Fibonacci called "Liber Abaci". Medieval Europe was under the iron fist of the Catholic church, the language of learning was Latin,  the early "universities" where run by monks, the likes of Oxford and Cambridge, they still have that look today that of grand churches. These where strictly Christian institutions where all new knowledge had to be theologically justified as God's Law before it was taught.

The monks toiled to discover the creators perfect grand designs and mathematics was made fit this picture. They turned the purely practical Indian maths, into a complicated but theologically correct version. Ideas of Gods perfect creation, and his eternal laws is how maths is taught today, because maths  holds his eternal truths. Newton even proclaimed himself a prophet when he proposed his  "Laws of motion" . Today Hawkings writes on the origin of creation in a language (maths) ordinary people do not understand, we have to accept believe and have faith in the new edicts from the pulpit of Cambridge for they are the new eternal universal truths.

Was the US Senate Attack on Hinduism an isolated Instance?

The US Senate has a long tradition of opening with Bible prayers, occasionally extending a symbolic courtesy to prayers of other faiths. For the first time in its history a Hindu priest was invited to conduct the opening prayer. Indian-Americans, having contributed immensely to America, naturally felt proud to be afforded equal respect alongside other American religions. But the Hindu prayer was attacked as an “abomination” by hate-filled heckling that resulted from an organized mobilization by civic groups such as the American Family Association attempting, to demonize Hinduism as heathen, immoral and dangerously un-American. The President of the Family Research Council mobilized Americans to block the Hindu priest, saying, “There is no historic connection between America and the polytheistic creed of Hinduism.” David Barton, one of the scholars informing the attackers, declared that Hinduism was “not a religion that has produced great things in the world," citing social conditions in India as proof of its primitiveness. 

The denigration of Hinduism influences the way Americans relate to Indians. Andrew Rotter, an American historian, in his book on the US foreign policy’s tilt against India and towards Pakistan during the Nehru era, cites declassified documents revealing US presidents’ and diplomats’ suspicions of Hinduism. They regarded “Hindu India” as lacking morality and integrity, and its “grotesque images” reminded them of previous pagan faiths conquered by Christians, such as Native Americans. American ideas about India are intertwined with stereotypes about Hinduism.

There are domestic implications concerning the diaspora as well. The great American meritocracy has enabled us to succeed as individuals, and many Indians see American Jews as a role model. But it took the Jews over half a century of organized lobbying and litigation by organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League, to establish their religious identity in public life. The lesson Jews had learnt in the European Holocaust was that their individual success could easily be used against them if their civilizational identity was defamed. Indians also faced hate crimes in New Jersey when the Dotbusters targeted Hindus. Recent rants by Pat Buchanan and Lou Dobbs generate xenophobia against Indians for “stealing” jobs from “real” (i.e. white Judeo-Christian) Americans. As Indian-Americans stand out for their individual success, while US economic standards deteriorate, we may one day regret having neglected the projection of a positive civilizational image. Unlike many other ethnic and religious groups, we have not adequately engaged US universities, schools, media and think-tanks deeper than the pop culture layer of cuisine, Bollywood and fashions. On the contrary, many Indian writers have fed the “caste, cows, curry” images of India.

Hindu-Americans need to be educated on the history of American public religion and the “American way” of claiming one’s religious identity across the spectrum of liberals and conservatives. In fact, even liberal Americans have always been a very Christian people. Hilary Clinton’s devout Christianity has shaped her liberalism. She told New York Times that her Methodist faith has been “a huge part of who I am, and how I have seen the world and what I believe in, and what I have tried to do in my life.” She carries a Bible on her campaign travels and confidently quotes from St. Augustine, Thomas Aquinas and John Wesley, the father of Methodism. Another liberal, Barak Obama, proudly projects his Christianity and delivers many of his key campaign speeches before church congregations. It comes as a surprise to many secular Indians that the very liberal President Jimmy Carter describes himself as a Bible evangelist, and asserts that his Christian faith provided the moral compass to guide his presidency. 

Liberalism in America is about egalitarian economic and race policies, and is not a rejection or even a departure from the nation’s majority religion, i.e. Christianity. The equivalent scenario would be for India’s CPM leaders (the liberal/left equivalent of Obama, Clinton and Carter) to quote Hindu sacred texts and deliver campaign speeches in major Hindu temples. While American labor unions have always been very deeply rooted in Christianity, India’s labor unions are encouraged to discard the Hindu identity. Unlike in Europe, American public life has never abandoned its deep rooted Christian foundations. America’s separation of state and church affects only formal institutions, and does not imply de-Christianizing the leadership or the national ethos.

Indian intellectuals have misunderstood America’s Christian psyche because the Indian notion of secularism in India is very different to that of the American  Indian secularism requires distancing from the majority religion, i.e. Hinduism, by one or more of the following ways: by espousing a “generic spirituality” without any specific religious identity, by condemning any Hindu identity as a mark of communalism with BJP links, or by explicitly blaming Hinduism for all sorts of human rights problems. The equivalent situation would be to blame the Bible for all the US abuses in Guantanamo and in its domestic society, and to de-Christianize America into a sort of generic spirituality. While Hinduism, like all other world religions, does have social problems, it also has internally generated reformations, as well as immense resources to deal with the human condition.

Unraveling this requires understanding Hinduphobia’s nexus in the American academy and seminaries. The book exposes influential scholars who have disparaged the Bhagavad Gita as “a dishonest book”; declared Ganesha’s trunk a “limp phallus”; classified the Hindu Devi as the “mother with a penis” and Shiva as “a notorious womanizer” who incites violence in India; pronounced Sri Ramakrishna a pedophile who sexually molested the young Swami Vivekananda; condemned Indian mothers as being less loving of their children than white women; and interpreted the bindi as a drop of menstrual fluid and the “ha” in sacred mantras as a woman’s sound during orgasm. To understand the hatred spewed at us by the Senate hecklers one needs to understand the systemic creation and distribution of such one-sided “data” by an army of “scholars” whose mission is to bolster the image of Hinduism as a danger to the American way of life.

A Short History of Christianity

The Christian mission equates the expansion of Christianity in different parts of the world with the march of the Holy Spirit. The history of Christianity helps us in understanding what the Holy Spirit really stands for-the march of European military machines, the forcible occupation of other people's motherlands, the massacre of heathens or their conversion at the point of the sword, the exercise of political pressures by imperialist establishments, the use of money and manpower and the mass media on a large scale, and the perfection of a scholarship which excels in suppressio veri suggestio falsi (suppressing truth and spreading falsehood). Christianity was a state enterprise for all European countries, some of which became imperialist powers from the sixteenth century onwards. The record of Christianity over the last nearly two thousand years provides no evidence that it ever prevailed over paganism by the moral or ethical or spiritual superiority of its teachings.

Origins of Secularism

The real secularism was born in France to stop Christian aggression and not to help its ferocious expansion. How was born originally this idea in France?On 9 th December 1905, a law was passed in France with the sole aim of separating the church and the state. Prior to this law, State funded churches and helped them financially. Like many European nations, France had a long tradition of government-established religion. Through out much of the nation's history, the Roman Catholic Church received official preference. But, the luxurious life led by some of church's clergy showed that they had lost touch with the needs of the common person and this gap was at the origin of an anti-clerical backlash. This law is the essence of French principle called "laiciité". Translating it as "secularism" may not be quite correct. Because, in India secularism tends to tarnish exclusively the image of only one religion: Hinduism. But, in France, secularism was born in reaction to the ever-growing Christian interference in the social and political realms of the nation. This law states solemnly that "The Republic neither recognizes, nor salaries, nor subsidizes any religion". The 1905 law ended state endorsement and direct funding of religious groups. Another important point is it prevents intervention of VATICAN in the internal matters of France. Arisitide Briand, author of the law, succeeded in negotiating an agreement with Vatican to let the French government name its own diocesan bishops. We need to erect a legislative fortress inspired by this courageous attempt of the French in preventing the Christian Church from spreading it's tentacles in the political domain, against the continuous onslaught of Christians. But, even this separation is incomplete because French government pays, even today, salaries of teachers in private religious schools. But, the idea of "laicité" got deeply entrenched in the French mind and became stronger than ever with the country's present constitution adopted in 1958 which contains a guarantee of secularism which the French call "laicité". It states, "France shall be an indivisible, secular, democratic and social Republic. IT should ensure the equality of all citizens before the law, without distinction of origin, race or religion." Thus the monopole of catholic religion was dismantled by the proposal of a "neutral nation" which gives more importance to the freedom of conscience.Thus, the French used the concept of "secularism" to break the backbone of Christianity in France.
